Welcome to Sky Saver Club! By registering for a digital subscription on our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which outline the terms of our services, your rights, and obligations as a member. Please read carefully.
1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
1.1 Sky Saver Club (SSC) provides digital communications, including email alerts and newsletters, with updates on affordable flight deals, travel inspiration, and related travel news.
1.2 By registering for a digital subscription, you accept:

1.3 Please read these terms carefully before subscribing. They explain who we are, the terms of our service, how you and we may change or end our contractual relationship, what to do if there’s an issue, and other important details.
2. INFORMATION ABOUT US
2.1 Sky Saver Club is a UK-based service, offering affordable flight alerts and travel deals specifically for flights originating from the UK.

2.3 “Writing” includes emails. When we mention “writing” in these terms, it refers to communications by email.
3. OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
3.1 Our contract with you is established when we confirm your subscription by email. This contract grants you access to our digital content, including email alerts on affordable flights.
3.2 Our services are designed specifically for users based in the UK, as all flight deals originate from the UK.
4. OUR WEBSITE
4.1 Sky Saver Club operates exclusively through our website. Details of our service offerings are available online, and all content is accessible digitally.
4.2 All members hold a Premium Membership. By subscribing, you gain exclusive access to our best deals, news, and travel content.
4.3 Please note that SSC does not directly handle flight bookings. We share the latest information on available flight deals; however, any contract to purchase a flight is between you and the airline or travel agent. SSC is not a party to any flight booking agreements and holds no responsibility for third-party services advertised on our site or in email alerts.
5. PROVIDING THE SERVICE
5.1 By purchasing a Premium Membership, you are entering into a contract with SSC to receive digital travel updates and premium content for the agreed subscription period (“Term”). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Term unless you or we decide to end the contract. You agree that your membership is for private, non-commercial use only.
5.2 If service delivery is delayed due to factors beyond our control, we will inform you promptly and work to minimise delays. Should there be a prolonged disruption, you may end the contract and request a pro-rata refund for the affected period.
5.3 SSC reserves the right to update or temporarily suspend our website to address technical issues or comply with new legal requirements. We will notify members in advance when possible, especially if the interruption is expected to last more than 30 days.
5.4 If SSC suspends services for more than 90 consecutive days within a subscription period, Premium Members may contact us to end the contract and receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of their membership.
5.5 If we cannot process payment for your subscription renewal (e.g., due to an expired credit card), we will notify you by email. Failure to update your payment details may result in the downgrade or suspension of your Premium Membership. To maintain your current subscription rate, please ensure you keep your payment details up-to-date.
5.6 SSC endeavours to provide accurate and up-to-date information by monitoring airfare systems and available travel deals. However:
• We cannot guarantee that our deals are the absolute best in comparison to all airlines or third parties.
• Other options may exist beyond those we share, and these may better suit your specific travel needs.
• Links to external websites are provided for convenience, and SSC does not endorse or accept responsibility for third-party services or websites.
5.7 Our flight information is for general guidance and should be verified independently. Please review the full terms of any flight offer on the provider’s website before booking.
5.8 As a digital subscription, maintaining an active email address is essential to receive SSC updates. We encourage members to whitelist our emails or adjust settings to prevent them from being filtered into junk or promotional folders, as we cannot control how your email provider processes our messages.
6. YOUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT
6.1 Your rights when ending the contract with us depend on the circumstances:
• If we notify you of significant changes to our services or terms, you may end the contract immediately and receive a pro-rata refund (see clause 6.2).
• If you have changed your mind within 14 days of starting your Premium Membership, you may cancel for a full refund (see clause 6.3).
6.2 You may also end the contract immediately for a full refund if:
• We notify you of significant changes to the service;
• We inform you of a potential service delay lasting more than 90 days;
• SSC services are unavailable for technical reasons for more than 90 consecutive days.
6.3 Exercising your right to cancel within 14 days: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your Premium Membership within 14 days for a full refund.
6.4 For cancellations made after the first 14 days, refunds are unavailable for the remaining term once services have commenced.
7. HOW TO END YOUR MEMBERSHIP
7.1 To cancel your Premium Membership, please contact SSC via info@SkySaverClub.com
7.2 Refunds, if applicable, will be made using the original payment method. If this is unavailable, please inform us of an alternative payment method.
8. PRICE AND PAYMENT FOR PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP
8.1 Membership fees are as shown on the SSC website. By subscribing, you agree to pay the recurring membership cost for access to digital content and updates.
8.2 Subscription rates for renewal terms are displayed on our website, and SSC may adjust these rates with 28 days’ notice before renewal.
8.3 Payment is accepted via credit or debit card.
9. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL OF MEMBERSHIP
9.1 Your Premium Membership will automatically renew at the end of each term. To cancel renewal, please contact us at least three business days before your subscription expires at info@SkySaverClub.com
10. OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE
10.1 If SSC fails to meet these terms, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage directly caused by our breach. However, SSC does not accept liability for indirect losses, including missed savings, lost profits, or business opportunities.
10.2 SSC is not liable for device damage unless caused by our failure to use reasonable care. We recommend applying any updates we provide for an optimal experience.
10.3 Our services are for personal, non-commercial use. SSC holds no liability for business losses incurred due to the use of our website or service.
11. SSC RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT
11.1 SSC may end the contract if you breach any obligations under these terms, fail to make payments, or misuse our service. In such cases, SSC reserves the right to recover reasonable costs incurred due to the breach.
11.2 SSC may discontinue services at any time, with 28 days’ notice to Premium Members and a pro-rata refund for unused services if applicable.

15.1 SSC may transfer its rights and obligations under these terms to another company in cases of acquisition or corporate restructuring.
15.2 These terms apply solely between you and SSC. They do not confer rights to any third parties.
15.3 If any part of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms will still apply.
