Every new subscription includes a 14-day money-back guarantee. Should you choose to cancel within 14 days of your initial payment, just send us an email to receive a full refund. Please note that we do not provide pro-rated refunds.

If you’re using a free trial membership, please remember to cancel before it ends to avoid any charges. We also offer a 14-day cooling-off period after the trial concludes; after this period, all payments are final.

All new subscriptions are set to auto-renew. If you prefer not to renew automatically, you can cancel this setting anytime in your subscription settings within the Members portal. Auto-renewal payments are eligible for refunds within 14 days of the renewal date. However, renewals are not covered by our refund policy beyond the initial 14 days after upgrading to a Premium membership. Please note that pro-rated refunds are not available.
